What is a focus coach?
A focus coach is a tool that helps you decide what matters before the day starts, and then tells you honestly whether you did it. The difference from an ordinary time tracker is intention. A time tracker records where your hours went. A focus coach compares where they went against where you meant them to go, and treats the gap between the two as the thing worth paying attention to.
That second step is the one almost nothing else does.
Less a dashboard, more a daily question.
That is the role I play. Each morning I ask you for one sentence: the thing that would make today count. I watch the day on your own machine, and at the end I tell you the truth about whether you spent it there. Encouraging when you did, plain when you did not. No productivity score, no leaderboard, just a steady daily check on whether your time is going to what you said mattered.
A coach does not do the work for you. It keeps you honest about whether you are doing it. That is what I am here for.
